Member's Responsibilities.
1. I agree to adhere to the Cherry Blossoms, Inc. rules of common decency and to conduct myself at all times as a polite person.

2. Furthermore, I will not use any defamatory, abusive, obscene, profane, or otherwise offensive material on the Cherry Blossoms, Inc. website or in communications with other Cherry Blossoms, Inc.'s members. I will not post, send or use any abusive, defamatory, obscene, profane, or otherwise offensive material on the Cherry Blossoms, Inc. website or in communications with other Cherry Blossoms, Inc.'s members, or Cherry Blossoms, Inc. staff.

3. I will notify Cherry Blossoms, Inc. promptly of any member's violation of this Code of Ethics.I will notify Cherry Blossoms, Inc. of anyone who violate this Code of Ethics.

Cherry Blossoms, Inc. Content Review.
4. I agree and understand that Cherry Blossoms, Inc. may, but is not required to, review, edit and delete any content, email, messages, photos or profiles that, in Cherry Blossoms, Inc. sole judgment, violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or that might violate the rights of other members. I also agree that (a) I will not share my or any email address, instant message address or other similar address with Cherry Blossoms, Inc.'s members in my first contact, and (b) Cherry Blossoms, Inc. has the right to remove any such address from my email if I include it in the message.

Limitation on Liability.
5. I understand that Cherry Blossoms, Inc. will not be liable to me or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits arising from my use of the web site or the services. notwithstanding anything to the contrary, I understand Cherry Blossoms, Inc.'s liability to me for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount I paid Cherry Blossoms, Inc. for the services.

Disclaimers.
6. I understand Cherry Blossoms, Inc. is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information posted on the Web Site or in connection with the Services. The Web Site and the Services are provided "AS-IS" and Cherry Blossoms, Inc. expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Cherry Blossoms, Inc. cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Web site and/or the Services.

Lack of Responsibility.
7. I acknowledge that Cherry Blossoms, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any error or delay in transmission, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to my communications. Cherry Blossoms, Inc. is not responsible for any problems with any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, software, failure of email on account of technical problems on the Internet, including injury or damage to my computer resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Web and/or in connection with the Services.

Loss.
8. I agree that Cherry Blossoms, Inc. will not be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of the web site or the services, any information posted on the web site or transmitted to members, or any interactions between users of the web site, whether online or offline.

Disputes.
9. I agree that if there is any dispute about or involving the web site and/or the service, by using the web site, the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If I am not a resident of the State of Hawaii, I agree to personal jurisdiction by and exclusive venue in the State of Hawaii and the U.S. district court for Hawaii.

Indemnity.
10. I agree to indemnify and hold Cherry Blossoms, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, managers, agents, and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable Attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of my use of the services in violation of this agreement and/or any breach of my representations in this agreement.

Account Billing.
11. I may terminate my account's monthly or quarterly billing by logging onto my account, going to Memberships and setting my account to LET EXPIRE.

Fees.
12. In the event I terminate my account for my own reason, or Cherry Blossoms, Inc. terminates my account for violating their code of ethics defined above. I agree that all fees that paid to Cherry Blossoms, Inc. are non-refundable.

13. I have read this agreement and agree to all of the provisions contained above. I agree to the charges for the services, and my agreement is acknowledged by checking the box that says, "I have read and agree to the terms of use for Cherry Blossoms, Inc."
